These state-of-the-art systems match robust questionnaire design capabilities with email invitation and respondent management systems giving for full sample control and flexibility. Integrated data management and real-time reporting systems provide up-to-the-moment results even while the survey is underway. 

Our first level system is powered by Inquisite and offers scripting and questionnaire design capabilities that match the requirements of many of our client survey projects. A second level of capabilities offered through a relationship with MarketTools provides even greater scripting and flexibility to meet the demands of more complex research designs requiring extensive question-response piping (incorporating responses into subsequent questions) and rotational capabilities required for advanced techniques such as conjoint analyses. Advanced Questionnaire Capabilities

Our systems handle the most challenging questionnaire design and format requirements including complex branching and skips, response checking and validation, dynamic question content based on previous responses, response set rotation, and many more advanced capabilities. 

Real-time Reporting and Analysis Tools

These systems offer integrated and flexible reporting tools providing real-time results even while the survey process is underway. Frequencies reporting and multi-level cross tabulations can be generated online quickly and easily. When the survey is completed, the data is downloaded into our in-house SPSS statistical system for further analysis. 

Distribution and Respondent Management

A special email merge program creates personalized email invitations that are sent to the survey sample, each with a unique coded URL link to reach the survey. This insures that each person can complete the survey only once, and enables them to stop during a session and return later to complete the questionnaire. The text of the invitation is completely flexible.
