Social Network Readiness Assessment

The Process

The Assessment process starts with the completion of an organization backgrounder and interview with a key contact. Building on that information, we will review your website and user activity on the site, email and listserv activity, marketing programs, and member / customer demographics and profiles, and other indicators of likely participation in your social network. We will also scan major social networks for evidence of relevant communities to identify competitive threats as well as locate potential sources for marketing of your new network to prospective members and customers. The Assessment report will present and interpret key readiness indicators, highlight the competitive environment, and provide action step recommendations.
