ANSIBLEFEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mixed Media Release
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at AnsibleFest 2018 hereby irrevocably consent and authorize Red Hat to use the image of their appearance that Red Hat has taken while attending AnsibleFest 2018, in a promotional video, film or photograph or for any other related purpose without any fee whatsoever. Participant further acknowledges that Red Hat is the owner of all rights in and to the video, film or photograph of all attendees’ images.

Data Privacy
Any AnsibleFest 2018 attendee information that may be collected at this event will be used by Red Hat and its affiliates and subsidiaries for legitimate business purposes. Red Hat may also access and/or disclose information if we believe such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Red Hat, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Red Hat (including the enforcement of our agreements), or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Red Hat employees or contingent staff, users of Red Hat services, or members of the public.

Medical Insurance
Red Hat does not provide medical insurance for you. It is your responsibility to check you have sufficient coverage for you and your companion during the duration of your trip.

Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at AnsibleFest 2018 are required to agree with the following code of conduct. AnsibleFest 2018 organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody. Red Hat expects all AnsibleFest 2018 attendees to exercise common sense and good judgment at all times and to act responsibly, whether or not a written policy exists regarding specific behavior.

Onsite Wireless Connectivity Policy
Use of the onsite Internet connection is intended solely for AnsibleFest 2018 2018 attendees. Unauthorized access or use may result in termination of your access, disciplinary action and/or civil or criminal penalties. To the extent permitted by law, your use may be monitored.

By using the Internet connection, you agree to the following: The internet connection is provided on an “as is” basis, and red hat is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort you may incur by using this internet connection. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless red hat, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs, arising out of or in any way related to your use of this internet connection.

Age Restriction
Attendees and guests must be 21+ to attend AnsibleFest 2018 and any associated side meetings, parties or evening events. Special permission may be requested for student attendees via AnsibleFest@itagroup.com and must be received in advance.

Cancellation/ Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be received by 5 p.m. PT on September 5, 2018 for a full refund of the registration fee. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received after September 5, 2018, 5 p.m. PT. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. If you have registered for AnsibleFest, but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge.

Onsite Policy
AnsibleFest 2018 badges must be picked up in person by the registrant attending the conference with a government issued ID. Badges can not be picked up on behalf of someone else.

Badges are non transferable and can not be shared with anyone. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated and will escorted out of the conference by event security.

Badges must be worn at all times while at any AnsibleFest 2018 sponsored events. A badge re-print fee of $50 USD will be charged to those who have lost or misplaced their conference badge.
